Workout

Sure can't call it a bloody WoD! Apparently being ill has effected me more than I thought!

Kelly
X5 Rounds for time:
400m run
30 box jump
30 wall-ball, 20lbs

I did four rounds in 35 minutes with a 12lb ball. Craaaapola. The box jumps were fine, and the intervals weren't bad considering it was on a treadmill. (Bleh).
After that I did some swimming intervals...nothing heavy or too intense, almost like playing in the water as much as anything else.

Lord, please give me one whole month that work, illness, injury, or life in general does not interfere with getting back into shape...please? Just one?

Dude,

Your body needs a few basic things to keep healthy . . . for your cells to stay fed w/ proper nutrition so they can fight against inflammation and toxins:
1. good multi vitamin
2. EPA/DHA omega 3s
3. Magnesiusm (+ Calcium) combo, or just Mag
4. CoQ10
5. Vitamin D, or a healthy does of sunshine everyday

ALL OF THAT, plus get adjusted and rehab your spine so your brain can effectively communicate to the rest of your organs and body parts so you'll stay healthy, and your immune system won't be compromised.

So, go see Dr. Harmony. Your health and body will thank you. You'll be able to take better care of your body when you put it through the wringer with workouts and your eventual new career field.

Yes, ultimately God heals...but he also created a personal doctor within each of our own bodies. He also enlightens each of us with wisdom and knowledge so we can take care of our bodies in the best possible way. You can listen to me, do your own research, talk to another intern or doctor, but don't just keep on doing what you've been doing . . . because it doesn't sound like it's working.

With love and concern,
Dolly
