Cycled through 135 -165 lbs
Also did a variety of cals and agility exercises afterwards

I'm glad a friend was with me today, I don't have the motivation to do crap. Or buy toilet paper.

    toilet paper is kind of needed, and if you dont have the motivation to buy that...then your going to be a very stinky stinky person...poo!

    I'm reading about nutrition....the 12 power foods etc... And Teddy Roxspin came up in conversation today--interesting stuff man.. interesting stuff... did you know that Teddy got recalled a while ago because he catches on fire due to the heat from the battery....wow..funny stuff...Teddy Roxspin smoking...ha ha ha
